How does the program work?
First, contact Audra Santos to discuss if you qualify for the program and find out how much of a home you can afford. Next, a specialized, professional real estate agent in your area will work with you to find the home you want and the financing that makes sense for you. *You must work with a real estate profession in the Operation Welcome Home Network. At closing, you may be eligible for up to $13,000 cash back.
